脉搏波传导速度与左室肥厚的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察高血压病患者左室肥厚与脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity PWV)的相关性;方法:入选70例高血压病左室肥厚的患者测定其室间隔厚度(ivs),按其水平分为ivs>1.1cm组和ivs<1.1cm组,并测定两组PWV。结果:ivs>1.1cm组和ivs<1.1cm组比较,前者PWV明显比后者升高,两者达到统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:高血压左室肥厚与PWV存在相关性。 Objective:To explore the correlation between left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy and PWV in the hypertensive case. Method:70 case who had hypertension and left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy were been measured the ivs, then according to the ivs, 70 cases were divided into two groups: one was ivs 〉1. 1cm group, another was ivs 〈 1. 1cm group. AU cases were measured the PWV. Result: the PWV of ivs 〉 1. 1cm group was higher than the ivs 〉 1. 1cm group , Both had marked difference, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion:the left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy correlated to the PWV.
