摘要 目的探讨受体酪氨酸激酶(RON)在肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法分析RON在肝癌及正常肝脏组织中的表达及分布,用Westem-Blot法检测肝癌组织及正常肝脏组织RON蛋白表达水平。结果免疫组化结果显示肝癌组织RON的表达水平显著高于正常肝脏组织,且主要表达在肝癌细胞膜,而正常肝脏组织几乎不表达或呈极弱表达。Westem-Blot法结果也显示肝癌组织中RON蛋白表达水平显著高于正常肝脏组织。结论RON在肝癌中的表达水平高于相应正常肝脏组织,提示RON与肝癌的发生及发展有一定关系。 Objective To study the expression of Receptor Tyrosine Kinase RON in hepatoeellular carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Inmunohistochemical staining and Western-Blot were applied respectively to detect the distribution and expression of RON in hepatocellular carcinoma and normal liver tissues. Results The result from immunobistochemistry indicated that the expression level of RON in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal liver tissues. RON expressed on the membrane ofhepatocellularcareinoma cells mostly, while the expression in normal liver fishes was weak or negative. The same result was found by Western-Blot. Conclusion The expression level of RON in hepatoeellular carcinoma was higher than that in normal liver tissues, which shown that RON is associated with the ocemTence and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
