关于城际轨道站场周边地区规划的研究

Research on the planning of the surrounding area of city track station

通过对国内外城市轨道的考察,总结出城市轨道交通对沿线土地利用的影响规律,结合对客源构成特征的分析,提出了站场核心区、次区域和协调好区域的三级圈层结构,以协调好各种交通设施的布置和城市景观规划。

Through surveying the city track in and out of abroad, it sums up the affecting regularity of city track traffic to the earth utility along the line, and combined with the analysis on the passengers component characters it puts forward the central area, second area of station and the three grades circle layer structure of coordinated area, to coordinate the layout of traffic facility and the city landscape planning.
