摘要
通过介绍我国施工项目管理的现状,指出了我国施工项目管理中存在的不足,结合多年从事施工管理的经验,从进度计划管理、质量管理、组织机构管理、成本管理等方面探讨了加强工程施工项目管理的措施,以供参考。
Through introduction of the present management situations of construction project in our country questions existed in construction project management in our country are pointed out, at the ,same time combined with several years＇ experience in construction management, from schedule control, quality management, institution organization and management, cost management and other aspects measures to strengthen the management of construction project are discussed in order to provide references for similar works.
