摘要
分析了我国工程项目管理的现状,阐述了EPC管理模式的可行性,分析了EPC模式的特点及实施EPC管理的要求,并指出了初期改制试点的主要工作,从而进一步完善EPC管理模式。
The thesis makes an analysis of the situation of the management of the engineering project in our country, and expatiates on the feasibility of the management model of EPC (Economic and Planning Council), analyzes the features of the EPC model as well as the implementing requirement, besides that, the main work related to the pilot-stripping at the initial stages has been pointed, which fatherly improves the management model of EPC.
