通过对我国房地产市场发展现状的研究,分析了目前我国房价过高的原因,指出了政府、房地产企业等相关主体应明确各自的社会责任,共同建设一个健康有序、繁荣稳定的房地产市场。

Through the analysis of the development status of the real estate market in our country, the paper analyzes the cause of the high housing price, points out that the government, the real estate enterprises and the relative subjects should specify the respective social responsibility to build the healthy, orderly, prosperous and steady real estate market .
