深圳市家禽密切接触人群人禽流感相关知识与预防行为调查

Investigation on Knowledge,Attitude and Practice of Avian Influenza among Persons in Close Contact with Poultries

目的了解深圳市家禽密切接触人群人禽流感知识知晓情况和预防行为状况,探索提高其防护知识及意识的宣传方法。方法2007年7～8月对深圳市家禽养殖、贩卖、宰杀加工人员进行问卷调查。结果共调查禽类接触从业人员275人、非禽类接触人员50人,56.9%的人知道人禽流感的临床症状,禽类从业人员中认为人得禽流感途径为接触禽类的占43.1%,接触禽流感病人的占31.1%,认为接触猪猫的占5.2%,而不清楚人得禽流感途径的却占了28.3%。55.8%的人从未采取任何防护措施。结论家禽密切接触人群对人禽流感的危机意识较淡薄,采取正确防护行为率较低,应加强对此类人群的知识宣传教育,对市场实行禁止卖活鸡,实行定点屠宰,只供应光鸡和每星期市场实行活鸡全部宰杀措施是预防禽流感等行为干预措施,保护人群健康。

Objective To investigate the awareness and prevention of avian influenza among persons in close contact with poultries, and to improve the public self-protective knowledge for avian influenza. Methods A designed questionnaire was conducted among the professional persons engaged in feeding, selling and slaughtering poultries during the period from July to August, 2007. Results A total of 275 professional and 50 non - professional persons were investigated, among whom 56. 9% knew the clinical symptoms of avian influenza, 43. 1% considered that transmission pathway of avian influenza was contacting with poultry, 31.1% believed that the route was contacting with patients, 5. 2% considered that it was contacting with pigs and cats, and 28.3% didn＇t know the pathway. 55.8% of the professional persons never took any protective measures. Conclusion The awareness of avian influenza in the professional persons was poor, and the rate of taking protective measures was low. It is suggested that education of knowledge of avian influenza prevention should be strengthened in professional persons, selling of live poultries in markets should be prohibited, fixed places for slaughtering poultries and other animals should be performed. Supply of pulled chicken and slaughtering of all live poultry are also preventive measures of avian influenza.
