摘要
目的评价调肾祛斑颗粒治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选取黄褐斑患者66例作为观察对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组，分别给予调肾祛斑颗粒与沙棘颗粒治疗，1个疗程后进行临床疗效的评定。结果调肾祛斑颗粒治疗黄褐斑具有良好的疗效，总有效率为93．94％，明显优于沙棘颗粒的72．73％（P〈0．05），远期疗效也满意。结论调肾祛斑颗粒治疗黄褐斑具有良好的疗效，其临床疗效优于通用的沙棘颗粒，是一种治疗黄褐斑有效而安全的药物。
Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of TSQBG on Melasma. Methods 66 cases with melasma were divided randomly into the test group treated with TSQBG and the control group treated with SJG. The survey was conducted on clinical effect after a period of therapy. Results TSQBG had so good a clinical curative effect on melasma that the total effective rate was 93.94 %, and the late result was optimistic. But, in the control group treated with SJG, the total effective rate was only 72.73 %. Comparison between the two groups showed significant statistical difference （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion The results suggested that TSQBG, according to HuoZaoJieZhi, has a good effect in treating melasma. Its clinical effect was more remarkable than that of ShaJi Granule. It is an effective and safe medicine to treating chloasma.
