诃子树皮化学成分的预试验

Pre - experiment of Chemical Components in bark of Terminalia Chebula

目的通过预试验初步探索诃子树皮的化学成分。方法采用试管法和纸色谱法，对干燥诃子树皮的酸性EtOH、水、MeOH提取物进行化学成分预试，通过多种试剂和显色剂的显色反应，初步推断诃子树皮中可能含有的化学成分。结果与结论诃子树皮中可能含有酚类、黄酮、强心苷、多糖及其苷类等化学成分。

Objective To study the chemical components in bark of Terminalia chebula by perexperiment Methods The extracted mixture in bark of Terminalia chebula from acidic ethanol, purified water and MeOH was studied test tube method and paper chromatogram. Their chemical constituents were primarily deminstrated with pre - experiment or color reaction with various indicator. Results and Conclusion The bark of Terminalia chebula contains possibly phenolics flavones, cardiac glycosides, ploysugars and glycosidea etc.
