小导管注浆处理顶管涌水技术

Treatment of Gushing Water with Ahead Ductile Grouting Method in Pipe-Jacking Engineering

结合实际顶管工程，从地质条件出发分析涌水原因和注浆处理涌水的作用机理，详细讨论了小导管处理涌水的施工工艺。注浆效果检查表明小导管注水泥-水玻璃双液浆处理裂隙和地下水发育的围岩涌水地质条件效果明显，加固措施可行，为顶管工程在施工中和后期运营提供安全保证。

Base on the analysis of gushing water causes and the mechanism of grouting handling adjacent formation combining with engineering practice, construction technology of treatment water by using grouting with small pipe had been discussion in detail. Results show that the effect of strengthening, by using injection of cement-silicate liquid slurry to deal with geological conditions of the fracture rock and groundwater water gushing, is distinct. And reinforcement measures for the pipe jacking project are feasible, which provide security guarantees in construction and post-operation.
