上海地铁车辆主逆变器GTO牵引相模块的IGBT替代研制

Research on substitution of IGBT module for GTO module of traction inverter on Shanghai metro vehicle

文章介绍了上海地铁引进的交流传动车辆上GTO牵引相模块结构及其工作原理,重点分析了其电气性能及驱动电路波形;在此基础上研制了用于替代GTO牵引相模块的IGBT牵引相模块,通过性能对比和分析,得出两者性能几乎一致、可以替代使用的结论。该装置目前已装车投入运行。

Firstly this paper presents the structure and operation principle of GTO phase module on VVVF traction inverter in the AC drive vehicle introduced into Shanghai metro.Then based on the analysis of electrical performance and drive voltage wave of the GTO module,the substitution IGBT module for GTO phase module is developed.The comparative analysis of electrical performance and the function of the driver circuits of GTO inverter and IGBT inverter is made,and the results show that they are exactly the same.The developed IGBT traction inverters have been put into operation and work well so far.
