摘要
为了改善涡轮增压直喷柴油机的排放性能,试验研究了不同供油提前角、不同喷油器对发动机NOx和颗粒物(PM)排放的影响。试验结果表明,在保持发动机动力性及经济性的情况下,优化匹配这些参数,可以改善发动机的排放性能,使之达到美国环保局第四阶段非道路用柴油机排放标准的要求。
Effects of fuel supply advance angle and injector parameters on emissions of NOx and PM from turbocharged direct injection diesel engine were experimentally studied in order to reduce significantly emission pollutants. Experimental results show that optimization of these factors are good for the emission performance of experimental diesel engine to meet the emission limits of EPA Tier 4 exhaust emissions standards for non-road diesel engines of US without penalty of power performance and fuel economy.
