摘要
在对实验室已开发完成的三维计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)系统研究的基础上提出了基于三维平台的装配工艺规划系统的体系结构,论述了各功能模块的作用及系统工作流程,并对装配模型生成、装配序列规划、装配过程动态仿真等关键技术及解决方案进行了论述。通过以上研究对装配工艺规划系统向易操作性,实用性和商品化方向发展提供一定的参考价值。
The function of existing Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP)was analyzed; the architecture of Computer aided assembly process planning (CAAPP) system based on 3D platform was proposed; the function and the structure reladon of every module was discussed. The key technology and the solving method of the system were discussed in this paper. These researches have particular value for developing CAAPP in maneuverable, practical, and commercial aspect.
