摘要
结合生产实际,采用可编程控制器(PLC)群控技术与变频器连续变速的实现多工位的玻璃加工自动生产线的全自动控制,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。探索了主PLC与子PLC合理的控制方式;实现了主PLC与子PLC、主PLC与变频器之间的可靠通信;论述了各子PLC在按照各工位加工工艺要求完成顺序控制循环与主PLC控制大循环之间的关系以及利用位置传感器实现互锁的方法。试验证明所设计的玻璃加工控制系统工作可靠,使用方便,自动化程度高。
Combined with practical manufacture, programmable controller (PLC) group control for variable speed inverter technology is used to realize automatic control in the Multi-Position glass processing line, reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency. The reasonable way of the main PLC and sub PLC control is explored, as well as the communication between main PLC and sub PLC, main PLC and inverter, is realized. The relation of PLC in accordance with the requirements of the completion of processing cycle and the main sequence control PLC control of a cycle is discussed, as well as the relationship between using position sensors to achieve interlocked method. The system owns a high reliability and convenience, and the automation level of the machine tool is high.
