摘要
介绍了用于斜齿加工的三种马格型单头梳齿刀的应用场合、设计要点及加工方法,评价了应用三维特征造型、线切割加工和正弦规夹具进行梳齿刀设计制造的技术经济性。
In this paper, the applied occasions, design essentials and processing methods of three types of MAAG single rock cutters are introduced, and the technical economy of design and manufacture based on 3D feature modeling, wire cutting and double sine bar fixture for single skew rack cutters are evaluated.
