在法学视角中,和谐社会在本质上就是法治社会。在建设和谐社会的过程中,应当加强立法工作,构建完善的权利体系;注重法制教育和诚信教育,提高全社会法制水平和诚信水平;完善各类社会组织,充分发挥调解仲裁作用;完善权利救济机制,及时化解社会矛盾;强化依法行政观,建设服务型政府。

In the process of constructing harmonious society, we should strengthen the legislation work, construct consummate right system, pay much attention on legal education and good faith education, raise the entire social legal level and good faith level, consummate each kind of social organization, fully exert mediation arbitration function, consummate the right relief mechanism, promptly melt social conflict, strengthen the view of legally administrative and construct service government.
