摘要
在公务人员职务消费领域,公务人员凭借对自身职务消费的信息优势架空主管部门和社会公众的控制,产生职务消费"异化"行为。矫正公务人员职务消费"异化"的关键在于设计一套行之有效的机制,激励和约束公务人员的公务消费行为,使其忠实体现公共利益目标。
In the post-related consumption of public servants, who are out of the control of the authority department and public with their informative advantanges, the alienation of post-related consumption forms. The key to correct the alienation is to establish a set of useful mechanism, which is used to encourage and restraint public servants' post-related consumption, to make it express the public interest at large.
