摘要
现代企业间的竞争是以人为本的综合实力的竞争,人才流失是削弱企业综合竞争实力的重要因素。在人员流动日益频繁的今天,如何降低人才流失给企业带来的损失,是人才资源管理中的一大难题。为此,应从风险的防范与控制两方面来有效地寻求降低管理人才流失风险的具体措施。
The competition of modern corporation is based on the compositive ability of human being. The loss of person with ability is the main reason of deducing the corporations' competition ability. Nowadays the fluxion of person with ability is very frequent, how to reduce the corporation loss that fluxion of person with ability brings is the most difficult problem during the management of the human resource. Therefore we should seek the settlement how to deduce the risk of the loss of person with ability by protection and controlling of the risk.
