摘要
高校办公室人员的职业倦怠具有枯竭性、失衡性、低效性、扩张性等方面的特征,其产生受环境因素、组织因素、个体因素三个方面的影响。要通过加强团队建设、科学管理、职业培训、自我调适等途径,努力消除职业倦怠的不良影响。
Under the influence of environmental, organizational and individual factors, the professional ennui of the university officers possesses the features of monotonicity, unbalance, inefficiency and expansion, and so on. The professional ennui could be erased by way of strengthening the team building, scientific management, occupational training and self- adjustment.
