摘要
中小学教师不是普通的受教育者,其职后培训具有丰富的内涵。现有的教师培训工作存在着管理机制不健全、培训方式单一、培训内容重复、不适合中小学实际要求,以及缺乏科学合理的激励与评价机制等问题,必须采取有效对策提高培训质量。
Primary and middle school teachers are not ordinary educatee, their vocational training have profuse connotation. Nowadays, there are some problems in the process of teacher training: malfunctioned managerial mechanism, over - simplification of training methods, overlap of training content, the ill - fitness to primary and middle school's actual demands, and the short of scientific and rational mechanism for stimulation and evaluation.Therefore, it is of necessity to adopt some efficient countermeasures to enhance training quality.
