摘要
从电力系统和科学技术的发展进步出发,提出一些电力系统规划的新思维方法,主要涉及灵活交流输电系统、电网谐波、大区互联和分片运行、计算机辅助设计、电力系统优化规划、地理信息系统、避免大停电对电网结构的要求、无功电压问题及电力系统网络接线方案等,以供商榷。
To meet the progress and develpment of electric power system,some new power system planning concepts mainly involoing FACTS (flexible AC transmission system),series compesation, power system harmonics, intetconnection of large grid, region divided operation, CAD(computer aided design), optimal planning application of electronic map, requirement for network structure during large area blackout, reactive voltage, and the connection scheme for power system, are suggested for discussion.
