摘要
ISSR分子标记是近几年发展起来的一种基于PCR的技术,本文阐述了ISSR的原理和流程,详细论述了ISSR标记目前在茶树遗传多样性、茶树品种鉴定、遗传图谱构建等方面的研究进展及应用前景。
ISSR is a molecular marker based on Polymerase Chain Reaction（PCR）. This paper summarized in detail its principle and protocol, described its application in tea germplasm genetic diversity analysis, genetics mapping and identification of tea cultivars.
