止咳宁软胶囊制备工艺的研究

Study on preparation of Zhikening Soft Capsule

目的优选止咳宁软胶囊最佳制备工艺。方法以橙皮苷含量为考察指标,应用正交试验设计筛选止咳宁软胶囊最佳制备工艺条件。结果处方药材加水煎煮提取2次,第一次加12倍量水,煎煮3h;第二次加10倍量水,煎煮3h。结论优选的最佳制备工艺稳定可行。

OBJECTIVE To choose the preparation procedure of Zhikening Soft Capsule. METHODS The optimal preparation process was selected with the orthogonal design, the content of hesperidin was used to evaluate the factor levels. RESULTS The optimal preparation process was：extracted with water for 2 times,first 12 times amount,extracted 3h,then 10 times amount,extracted 3h. CONCLUSION This preparation condition was stable and reliable.
