摘要
针对火炮野外作业时各种位置状态和不同俯仰角度较复杂的特点,以单片机AT89C51为主控制器、液压缸为执行机构、双轴倾角传感器为倾角的反馈元件,采用向中点看齐的调平策略,设计了一种火炮性能测试液压调平平台,该平台能自动调平和按要求自动倾斜,实现了野外作业时各种位置状态的实验室模拟。
Aiming at the complexity of different position states and pitch angles when artillery operating on field, a hydraulic platform for artillery performance test is designed. SCM AT89C51 is adopted as the controlling core, hydraulic cylinders as the actuating mechanism and double-axis tilt sensor as the feedback element. The level-adjusting strategy is taking the midpoint as the datum point. As this platform can level automatically and incline according to requirement, the various position states and pitch angles of the artillery can be simulated in laboratory by it.
