摘要
直线电动机直接驱动系统是近15年发展起来的一种新型进给传动方式,在各类高速、精密加工设备上已获得广泛的应用。本文介绍了直线电动机的工作原理,阐述了直线电动机伺服驱动系统采用传统控制技术、现代控制技术与智能控制技术的研究现状与发展趋势,预测了直线电动机在无绳电梯装备上的应用前景。
The linear motor direct drive system is a new kind of feed drive mode for fifteen years and has extensive potential applications in high-speed and precision machine tools. This paper introduces the principle of linear motors , and expatiates the present status and developing trend of the PID control , Smith predictor control, adaptive control, sliding mode variable structure control , H∞ control, fuzzy logic control and neural network control used in the linear motor feed drive systems, and also predictes potential applications of the linear motor in unline elevator equipments.
