摘要
本文从改革课程体系和教学内容,进行工学结合探索;加强实训基地建设,优化工学结合环境;进行制度创新,保证工学结合的有效实施等方面,对室内检测与控制技术专业的"工学结合"人才培养模式进行了分析和探讨。指出开发基于工作过程的学习领域的课程,加强校企合作并进行制度创新,是开展"工学结合"的有效途径。
In this paper, talent cultivation model of the Indoor Air Examination and Control Technique profession is analyzed and discussed. To enhance the quality of its professional education, we should reform the curriculum system and teaching content, explore the route to educator/employer partnership, strengthen the building up of material base for training, and improve the environment for educator/employer partnership. Development of work-based courses, strengthening of school-enterprise cooperation and management innovation could be an effective way for educator/ employer partnerships.
