摘要
目前国内各高校的文秘专业普遍存在培养目标雷同、特色不明显的问题。通过探索其他专业特色形成的规律以及有效人才的内涵与培养目标,本专业提出了文秘专业如何形成特色以及如何在形成自身特色的过程中培养有效人才的基本思路。
Presently, most of the secretary majors in China's colleges have similar cultivating objectives. By exploring rules of other major's features, and the definition and objective of what is known as cultivating "effective talents" , this article puts forward the basic idea on how to form features of the secretary major, and how to cultivate effective talents in forming the features of the secretary major.
