衡水发电厂干除灰系统存在问题的分析与改进

Analysis on Problens Existing in Dry Ash Handling System in Hengshui Power Plant And Their Improvement

介绍了衡水发电厂二除食系统在试运期间暴露出的主要问题，在实践中针对空气压缩机冷却水系统、压缩空气干燥器进口空气温度高、气化加热系统中的减压阀、中转发仓气化加热的进气系统、刮板输灰机与电动燃气器的配套、给料机、气化喷射系的进料三通及排气管等设备及系统存在的缺陷进行了改进和完善。对尚未解决的问题分析后提出了建议。

This paper introduces the main problems revealed in commissioning stage in the dry ash handling system of Hengshui Power Plant. Following systems were improved and some deficiencies of equipment were corrected: cooling water system for air compressors,over-temperature of compressed air drier and its inlet air,pressure reducing valve in gasify heating system,gas inlet system for intermediate ash silo heating,matching between scraper conveyer and air locker,feeders,inlet tee-joint of gasifying ejector and gas discharge piping,etc. For the remaining problems,some proposals are suggested after analysis.
