摘要子宫内膜异位症（endomeiriosis，EM）已成为妇科多发病和常见病。国内统计，在妇科剖腹手术中，子宫内膜异位症发病率逐年增长，已达20．1％。EM是一种常见的妇女良性疾病，占妇女人口的5％左右，在生育年龄妇女中可高达30％。
