微波催化法制备壳聚糖及其膜性能研究

摘要 采用微波催化法制备了具有不同分子量及脱乙酰度的壳聚糖,探讨了反应时间对壳聚糖分子量和脱乙酰度的影响,并考察了壳聚糖分子量对其膜结晶性能、透气性能和拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:壳聚糖膜的结晶度随分子量的增加而降低,随成膜时间的延长而增加;壳聚糖膜的透氧气和二氧化碳性能均随着其分子量的增大而减小;壳聚糖膜拉伸强度随其分子量的增大而减小,其断裂伸长率随分子量增大而有所增加. Chitosan was prepared more rapidly than that of traditional technique under microwave radiation. The molecular weight and deacetylation degree were measured, and the crystallization degree, tensile properties and gas permeability were also characterized. The results indicated that, crystallization degree and tensile strength of the film increased with increased molecular weight, but oxygen and carbon dioxide permeability and elongation at break decreased.
