摘要
应用基于随机-模糊概率模型的可靠性设计理论与方法,从控制扁平绕带式容器静强度在压力试验和正常操作时模糊可靠度范围的角度,对其试验压力系数和安全系数进行了探索.结果表明:基于模糊可靠度分析的抗拉安全系数应不小于2.30;屈服安全系数应不小于1.45;扁平绕带式容器试验压力系数,在气压试验时应不小于1.08但不大于1.18,液压试验时应不小于1.08但不大于1.33.
Applying the reliability design theory and methods based on random-fuzzy probability model,it is quantitatively analyzed that reliability range of virgin static strength of flat ribbon-wound pressure vessels at pressure test and normal operation. The flat ribbon-wound pressure vessels testing coefficient and safety factor are researched in keeping a firm on side of minimal virgin reliability in different mode of working conditions. It was concluded that. based on fuzzy reliability analysis, the bursting safety factor is equal to or greater than 2.30 and the yield safety factor is equal to or greater than 1.45. The range of testing pressure coefficient is equal to or not less than 1.08 and not greater than 1.18 under barometrical pressure test, and it is equal to or not less than 1.08 and not greater than 1. 33 when hydraulic pressure test.
