上海高职发展状况及问题分析

Development Status and Problem Analysis of Higher Vocational Education in Shanghai

随着上海经济的迅猛发展及高技能人才的短缺,高职教育发展要适应经济的发展就必须加大内涵发展。但是目前高职发展存在不少问题,而这些问题严重影响上海高职的发展。文章从高职的内涵及产生的背景出发,分析上海的高职发展状况,从各个方面指出发展中存在的一些问题,并提出相应的建议。

With rapid development of the economy and lack of high-skill person in Shanghai, to make the development of higher vocational education keep up with the economy has to increase the development of connotation. The development of higher vocational education has many problems, and it badly affects the development of higher vocational education in Shanghai. According to the connotation of higher vocational education and the background to come into being, this paper is to analyze the development status of higher vocational education, to point out some problems with development of it and give corresponding advice.
