摘要
先制备钛酸溶胶和掺杂Fe^3+的钛酸溶胶,用溶胶-凝胶法分别将其负载于具有一定厚度的矩形蜂窝陶瓷三维网载体上,再用程序升温法煅烧,得到复合纳米TiO2光催化三维蜂窝陶瓷网。经扫描电镜(SEM)测定,三维蜂窝陶瓷网体上负载膜的厚度为300~400nm,TiO2的粒径为15~20nm。将光催化三维蜂窝陶瓷网置于光处理箱体内,在紫外光强、循环风量一定的条件下,对容积为72.6m^3和81.4m^3房间进行空气净化。结果表明,无论掺Fe^3+与否的TiO2光催化三维蜂窝陶瓷网都有净化效果,其中以掺Fe^3+的效果最好:当甲醛起始浓度为0.404mg/m^3+,18h的去除率为99.5%;当起始细菌总数为924cfu/m^3+,24h后的灭菌率为99.5%。
The experiment on purification of indoor air with photocatalytic 3D (three dimensional) honeycomb ceramic net was carried out. The preparation method of the net was as following: firstly, to prepare the titanic acid sol and the titanic acid sol containing iron ion; then, to load the soil in the blank 3D honeycomb ceramic net by the sol-gel technology; finally, to roast the ceramic net by the program heating. The thickness of loaded film and diameter of TiO2 grain was determined by SEM method as 300 - 400 nm and 15 - 20 nm respectively. In the space of 72.6 m^3 and 81.4 m^3 volume, the air purification experiment was carried out with a photoreaction box equiped with the photocatalytic 3D honeycomb ceramic net, the ultraviolet lamps,and the air blower. The result indicated that the TiO2 loaded photocatalytic 3D honeycomb ceramic net had excellent purification effect on removing formaldehyde and bacteria. Mixing of iron could greatly improve the purification effect. The removing efficiency was 99.5% for formaldehyde concentration of 0. 404 mg/m^3 after 18 h. When the density of total bacterium was 924 cfu/m^3 , the antiseptic rate was also 99.5% after 24 h.
