摘要
本文结合典型曲面零件的磨削加工，提出了成形磨削与数控技术相结合的工艺途径，通过自动砂轮修整技术和在线检测技术的应用，阐述了成形插补磨削中的关键技术。
By using grinding machining example of typical curved surface part, the technical approach of jointing profile grinding and NC technology together was given; and expounds the key techniques of profile interpolate grinding by the application of automatic grinding wheel finishing ＆ correcting and online detecting techniques.
