摘要
文章针对毕业生在择业过程中出现的就业观念、法律意识、职业能力、求职行为等方面的偏差，提出了高校做好就业工作的思路：组织和制度建设是前提，切实有效的措施是保证。
The paper, based on some problems about the graduate＇s employment view in selecting a job, law awareness, profession ability, the ability of applying for a job, puts forward the train of thought to work well on employment, which at first involves the construction of organization and system, and then the effective measures.
