随着科技与信息化的发展,以竞争为主题的传统战略面临新挑战,新的以合作为内容的蓝海战略兴起,在价值链上联系各利益相关者的物流就成了战略整合的重要载体,本文就此对战略面临的新的环境、以及物流对战略转变的可能性与可行性进行分析。
With the development of technology and information, the traditional competitive strategy faces new challenge; the new blue-sea strategy has come forth. So the logistics, the core in the value chain, has become the carrier to adjust the traditional strategy. This article discusses with the new situation for strategy, and the possibility and feasibility of the logistics to adjust.
