浅谈电子商务环境下的信用证问题

Research on the Credit Problems under E-business Environment

现代社会中,电子商务的应用越来越广泛,在给我们带来便利同时随之也产生了一系列问题,传统的信用证如何在电子商务的环境下予以适用就是其中之一,本文从法律的角度对此进行探讨。

Electronic commerce system is used more and more widely in modem society, with convenience but many problems. Traditional letter of credit how to apply to in electronic commerce environment is one of them. In the paper, we present our theoretical analysis in this problem from legal view.
