摘要
目前,我国整体物流快递业持续快速增长,而中国邮政EMS快递业务市场份额持续萎缩。本文基于波特竞争模型对中国物流快递业现状进行分析,通过比较EMS的主要竞争对手以及行业环境,有针对的提出了EMS的发展策略。
The express logistics industry of china retained increasing with a high speed now, but China Post EMS express business continued to reduce market share. Under these circumstances, this article analyses China's logistics industry status by using the Porter competition model, then discussed EMS's development strategies.
