Contrast the L/C use according to UCP500, hereafter this article will depict the gist and the difference of L/C use in the rule of UCP600. It suggests importers exactly to know the applicability, independence of L/C and pay more discretion in the regulation of document and payment; and illustrate the easy term and condition of the new rule on filling and delivery of documents as well as the convenient in payment collected and draft negotiated.
