摘要
针对目前我国大型超市生鲜供应链在产品特性、技术支持、营销与竞争和组织成熟度方面表现出的非有效性,本文对大型超市的生鲜供应链重构与优化展开研究,旨在借助供应链管理这一新兴理论探索大型超市生鲜食品经营创新的发展方向。
Based on noneffectiveness demonstrated from the perspective of product features, technical support, marketing, competition and organizational maturity in supply chain of fresh food of China's large-scale supermarket, This paper mainly researchers the constructs and optimization of supply chain of fresh food in large supermarket, and is seek to explore the developmental direction of the managerial innovation for fresh food in large supermarket.
