The Research of Industrial Cluster Sustainable Development Based on Network——Taking the Industrial Cluster of Chemical Fiber Weaving in Xiuzhou of Jiaxing as the Example

文章从理论上阐述了产业群的成因是企业能力的局限性,认为应以差异化程度作为衡量企业持续发展的指标,从而产业群的持续发展在于创新能力的提高。产业群生命周期的发展阶段的划分应以产业群内占据主导地位的企业的发展阶段为依据,并据此对秀洲区化纤织造产业群的生命周期及其政策选择进行探索。

The authors elaborate the origin of industrial cluster is the enterprise ability limitation; the authors think that we should take variation degree as the target of enterprise sustainable development, thus sustainable development of industrial cluster lies in the enhancement of innovation ability. The development phase division of industrial cluster life cycle should take enterprise development phase which occupy the dominant position in industrial cluster as the basis, according to the above the authors explore the life cycle of chemical fiber weaving industrial cluster in Xiuzhou and Policy choice of it.
