摘要
从理论及诸多国家实践中,超市以其先进的管理和规模优势在生鲜食品的终端中占有主流。但在我国城市"农改超"的实践中,各地区鲜有成功的结果。通过对相关问题的辩证思考,认为"农改超"是我国农产品流通领域中的重大举措,政府和企业应对"农改超"的内涵与模式、目标、对生鲜农产品安全的作用、市场竞争力和各自承担的角色进行重新审视,从而进一步推进"农改超"的理性发展。
Both theory and practice in many countries, the supermarket is the most important terminal of fresh food with the advanced management and advantages of the scale. However, the practice in open fair reforming as a supermarket in Chinese urban has been little success. Dialectical thinking through the related issues ,I argue from the view that the open fair reforming as a supermarket is a major measures in Chinese circulation of agricultural products .The government and enterprises should review the connotation, model and objectives of open fair reforming as a supermarket, the role of the fresh agricultural products' safety, market competition force and the commitment to propel reform in rational development.
