随着社会对低温冷冻品的需求不断加大,我国冷链物流的建设已越来越重要,如何保证低温冷冻食品的安全供应,已成为体系建设中的一大问题。鉴于冷链物流及时性和多样化的要求,其建设必须借助于先进的电子商务技术。通过对先进的电子商务技术的运用,帮助冷链物流突破时间、环境和卫生安全的瓶颈,从而促进我国冷链物流体系健康、迅速地发展。

With the community＇s demand for frozen goods increasing, the construction of China＇s cold-chain logistics has been more important, but there＇s a big problem about how to ensure the security of the frozen food. In view of the request of timeliness and diversity, the construction must rely on the e-commerce technology. With the advanced e-commerce technology, the bottlenecks of time, environment and safety in cold chain logistics will be solved, and there will be a healthy and rapid development of China＇s cold-chain logistics.
