摘要
为了研究碳酸盐和磷酸盐缓冲对于厌氧发酵从葡萄糖中制取H2的影响,将经过热处理的初级消化污泥接种到不同浓度碳酸盐和磷酸盐基质中进行厌氧发酵产氢实验.实验结果表明,碳酸盐和磷酸盐的缓冲对于厌氧发酵制氢有较大影响.当NaHCO3浓度为4g·L-1时,每1mol葡萄糖的产氢量达到最大,最大值为1.68mol,这比不加NaHCO3时的产氢量提高了282%.磷酸盐的浓度对于厌氧发酵产氢也有较大影响.在NaHCO3浓度为4g·L-1,NaH2PO·42H2O和K2HPO·43H2O浓度均为500mg·L-1时,葡萄糖的产氢率可达到1.94mol·mol-1,这比不加入磷酸盐时提高了56%.实验中产氢一般从接种后12h开始,历时10h左右结束,最大产氢速率可达到0.44mol·h-1·mol-1.
Batch experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of bicarbonate and phosphate on fermentative hydrogen production from glucose by a mixed culture at 35℃. The culture was inoculated with heat shocked studge from a munieipal wastewater plant in Beijing. Hydrogen yield was significantly increased from O, 44 mol·mol^- 1 to 1,68 mol·mol^- 1 wheu the c,oncentration of NaHCO3 was increased from 0 to 4 g·L^-1. The concentration of phosphate also significantly affected the hydrogen yield. The maximum hydrogen yield was 1.94 mot· mol^-1 when the concentrations of Nail2 PO4- 2H2O and K2 HPO4·3H2O were both 500 mg-L^-1. The maximum specific hydrogen production rate was 0.44 mol·h^-1·mol^-1. The tag time was about 12 h and the course of hydrogen production lasted for about 10h.
