摘要
分析讨论了XLPE介质的热稳定性能,及其随温度升高变化的规律、水树枝引发速率与发展速率的变化规律,着重研究XLPE电力电缆过负荷温升与早期损坏机理。发现温度升高到137℃以上时,XLPE电力电缆绝缘介质将发生电-热击穿。此时,水树枝大量引发与迅速发展,水分、杂质和氧气与介质的化学反应以及气隙的局部放电造成介质的局部老化就是XLPE电力电缆早期损坏的重要原因。
The princile of earlier period damage of XLPE power cable due to raised temperature by overload is studied, the thermostability and dielectric properties of XLPE under high temperature are analyzed in this paper The research results confirm that partial discharge in gap as well as reacting chemically water, impurity, oxygen in dielectric cause XLPE power cable damaged in earlier period when temperature rise exceed 137℃
