摘要
近几年,山东电网发生多起潜油泵故障造成变压器本体油色谱乙炔异常的事例,通过现场实测表明,超声测试是检测潜油泵故障的一种有效的手段。根据潜油泵影响变压器油色谱分析结果的机理探索了故障潜油泵的超声波波形及频谱特征,提出了初步的判断方法。
In recent years, many oil circulating pump faults which result in the abnormal of oil chromatography acetylene in transformer tank have been occured in Shandong power network By measurement on site, it was found that ultrosonic measurement is an effective means for detecting the status of oil circulating pump The principle on which the oil circulating pump affects the result of the transformer oil chromatography was analysed in this paper The ultrosonic wave shape and spectrum characteristics were also explored and the preliminary judgement method was provided
