摘要
用部分Co取代LaNi5合金中的Ni可显著改善贮氢合金的性能。但合金中的Co含量对合金的容量、高低温性能的影响则很少报道。本文通过对不同Co含量贮氢合金的电化学测试,考察了Co含量对贮氢合金初容量、高倍率放电性能和温度特性的影响。实验结果表明,在LaNi5多组元合金中,Co含量在0.10~0.75间合金初容量仅微弱下降,达到0.88后则明显衰减,同时随着Co含量的增加,合金的高倍率放电能力下降,对贮氢合金的低温性能也产生不利影响。不过高温50℃下,0.10~0.
The performance of hydrogen storage alloys can be greatly improved with partial substitution of Co for Ni in LaNi 5 alloy.However,little has been reported about the effect of Co content in hydrogen storage alloy on capacity,high and low temperature property.In this paper,the effect of Co content on electrochemical properties of hydrogen storage alloys has been investigated.The results show that there is a slight decrease in the initial capacity of alloys with Co element in the range 0.10 to 0.75 and a apparent drop when Co substitution over 0.88.It is also concluded that lower Co containing alloys show better high rate capability and low temperature property,whereas,with Co content 0.10 ̄0.75,the difference of 1C rate discharge characteristics at 50℃ is smaller.
