安徽省高校高水平运动队的现状与对策研究

On Current Status and Countermeasures of the High-level Sports Teams in Anhui Province

安徽省高校高水平运动队经过近二十年的发展,取得了一定的成绩,但是距离高水平运动队的总体目标还有很大的差距,目前,我省高校试办高水平运动队依然处于探索阶段。文章通过对安徽省高校高水平运动队现状的调查与分析,探寻影响安徽省高校高水平运动队成绩的内在原因,并提出了相应的发展对策。

After nearly 20 years of development, Anhui high-level college sports teams have achieved a certain degree of success, but there are still large gaps to higher level of overall goals. The high-level sports teams are still at the exploratory stage in our province. The article hopes to find the internal reasons which influence the high-level sports team~ in Anhui, and gives the corresponding measures by investigation and analysis on the basis of exploring impact of Anhui high-level college sports teams.
