配送中心ABC分类存储模式与拣货路径策略选择 被引量:10

摘要 介绍了配送中心常用的货物存储策略和拣货路径策略,在对ABC分类存储模式进行详细介绍的基础上,重点对低层人至物拣货系统中的3种分类存储模式和拣货路径之间的关联性进行了分析,得出了巷道内存储模式选择穿越策略、跨巷道分布模式选择返回策略、周界分布模式选择中点策略能提高拣货效率的结论。 Based on introducing some storage policies and routing policies, this paper discusses the relationship between ABC class - based storage pattern and routing policy in low level picker - to - part system, concluding that within - ailse storage with traversal policy, cross - ailse storage with return policy and perimeter storage with midpoint policy can improve order picking efficiency.
