摘要
一道密封胶的化学成分决定着产品的物理性质和使用工艺适应性,同时对中空玻璃的密封性及透明性产生影响。中空玻璃内外空气压力变化将引起边部胶缝位移并产生变动的拉应力,为提高中空玻璃持久的密封稳定性,应设定接缝的结构尺寸和选择适宜模量的二道密封胶,以避免一道密封胶过早破坏。
Chemical component of one barrier sealant decides its physical properties and applicability, and affects tightness and transparence of hollow glass. Air pressure change of hollow glass will cause displacement of edge sealant and produce tension stress. In order to improve durable stability of tightness, properly sized joint should be set and one more barrier sealant with proper modulus should be used to avoid premature failure of one barrier sealant.
